Could Be ! ! !
Actually its an old sled erected on a pedestal by some
energetic club members at the west warm-up shack on
#2 highway.
Shouldn't miss the shack now.

November 13/2011 -
This warm-up shack is no longer being used.
Picture of a Rescueboggan which was purchased in 2000
by the Cross Country Snow Drifters and is on loan to the
Headingley First Responders. The Rescueboggan is
manufactured locally by Equinox Industries to be used in
winter rescue operations in areas not accesible by an
ambulance.
Hopefully, it will see little use.
Feb 14/2005
The CCSD have now purchased an identical unit and it is
now on loan to the RM of MacDonald
and  is being stored at the Fire Hall in Sanford.
Anyone interested, may drop in and see it there.

Club member heading out to "hang" a few trail signs.
This is the new warming shelter that was built along the trail south of Sanford by some very active local club
members.   It is one of the nicest shelters out there and is furnished with all you need to enjoy a
comfortable time out.  Even the biffy has most of the comforts of home.

New Warm Up Shelter south of Elie along north side of La Salle river.
Paid for by Sno Pass proceeds and a generous donation by Chabot Impliments at
Portage La Prairie Arctic Cat Dealer.  This is another very nice shelter complete with
natural wood finish, wood stove and solar lighting.
